FAM- RETAINER PLAN

We at Accounts Middle East with our expertise in managing Fixed Assets of many Large Business Groups in the region for more than a decade, pleased to announce the unique and VALUE ADDED SERVICE we offer to our clients ‘’ Fixed Asset Management – Retainer Services Plan.

Under the Retainer Service Plan, either by using the ERP/Asset Management Solution of the Client or by using our own Industry focused Asset Management Solution, we CREATE, UPDATE and RECONCILE the FIXED ASSET REGISTER of the clients with their GENERAL LEDGER by visiting them at their premises on regular basis and input all Purchases, Transfers, Disposals/Retirement and undertake Valuation/Re valuation if necessary.

The service may include TAGGIGNG OF ASSETS during our monthly/Fort nightly visits – It may be fresh tagging or replacement of existing/damaged or missing tags. Thus by conducting regular input of procurement information in to the ERP and as well as by conducting simultaneous tagging, our Team of Auditors come up with periodical VARIANCE REPORT which is vital in reconciling the variance item and for the subsequent preparation of an accurate FA register
